It’s arrived and it was worth the wait. I adore the new Soltek easel with all of my heart.
My new Soltek and I have been out painting together for 10 days at a plein air event and we are bonded forever. Soltek 2.0 is the Rolls Royce of easels to paint en plein air. I have the original. I purchased the new one after painting with jim over on Kauai and absolutely love it. Jim worked out the kinks of the older soltek to develop the new model. I highly recommend it. I bought both the larger set up and the smaller travel version. Thank you jim and his staff !

When in Hawaii I use the bigger one. When traveling I take the smaller one. A major improvement over the original. Leg system is phenomenal and palette and box as well. A worthwhile investment.
